I had so much fun planning Lindsay and Chaz’s wedding. Lindsay and Chaz knew they wanted to get married at the Chicago Botanic Garden since Lindsay grew up close by and spent much of her childhood there. It was the perfect setting for a fall wedding. Three Branches Floral Design designed the floral and we had so much fun putting all the final details together. Lindsay carried a lush bouquet of deep burgundy callas and orchids and looked magnificent in her Monique gown.
We adorned the tables with vintage hydrangea and eggplant tea leaves in silver candelabras, submerged orchid blossoms and an abundance of candle light. The tent was so intimate and warm on this chilly fall day. The weather didn’t hold us back from having the perfect ceremony in the Rose Terrace with cocktails outside in the English Walled Garden. Guests enjoyed the Gentleman Of Leisure’s string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour and the dance floor in McGinley was packed all night. It was an incredible evening for two lovely people and we had the Angel Eyes Photography capturing it all.
