When I first met Arielle and Ty just over a year before their wedding day, I knew it was going to be a really fun year of planning ahead. Not just because they are so sweet and kind, but because they are fun and are willing to think outside of the box and most of all, they really cared about how their guests experienced their wedding weekend.
After spending a bit of time with Arielle and Ty at the beginning of the planning process, we were officially able to begin building their vendor team. Knowing that they craved a calming presence in their photographer, but someone who could also provide ample and clear direction for posing, I just knew without a doubt that Natalie Probst would be the perfect fit. Her personality coupled with her clean and crisp aesthetic was exactly what A&T were looking for in a photographer – which was a big priority for them! The Lakeshore Encores were our second addition and the packed dance floor and party was proof that they were the best fit!
The wedding planning process is full of big decisions and while we guide you on organizing ideas and thoughts and help with brainstorming, ultimately it is your wedding and should reflect you and your style. I will never forget the day that Arielle called me and said, “the décor that we had planned and fine-tuned doesn’t feel like me.” We went back to the basics of searching for inspiring images and, with Staci from Flowers for Dreams, developed the most summery, lush, and true-to-them design. The best part was that they both played a big role in the decisions. Just look at those summery and delicious fruits incorporated into the sorbet color palette.
Arielle and Ty’s wedding day is one I will forever remember. Their sweet and caring families, their friends who were equal parts fun and energetic and calming when A&T needed them to be. I loved every second working with this couple and could tell that they are truly loved and respected by all of their family and friends who surrounded them. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness and adventure. XO, Allison
A note from Arielle and Ty:
We just wanted to say thank you again for absolutely everything over the last year. Yesterday was such a dream and we could not have asked for anything more. Every vendor, every piece of advice, every detail was just so great it was so much due to your guidance. We would love to get together with you once we’re back to recap and properly thank you!
