Modern Dinner Party at the Museum of Contemporary Art

Leigh and Brandon have this effortless modern style that I picked up on the second I met them and it was easy (and so fun) to carry it through to their wedding day design. The Museum of Contemporary Art was a perfect setting for their intimate wedding that felt more like a dinner party at your stylish best friend’s house than a traditional wedding reception. The highly curated menu which included a fresh pasta course paired with wines inspired by their travels transported guests into what I imagine will be many dinner parties with Leigh and Brandon throughout their marriage.

Leigh and Brandon curated a perfect vendor team to execute their vision. Magnificent Milestones perfectly captured their modernist style and translated it into an impactful, yet sleek, wedding paper suite. The paper goods complimented HMR’s greenery heavy style to a T. Guests dined on two 64 foot fresh boxwood greenery tables with a seemingly never-ending candle arrangement.

Matt and Stevi from Averyhouse have such a calming presence and direction that led to the most beautiful and loving portraits of Leigh and Brandon. It was an unforgettable day and night starting with a beautiful ceremony at Fourth Presbyterian Church, followed by guests dining in the museum after dark before dancing all night to the Blue Water Kings.
